The paper presents the results of microscopic analysis of the stem and root of Hyssopus seravschanicus (Dubj.) Pazij (family Lamiaceae). This plant species grows well on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. The obtained illustrations give explanations for the different structural unit of the stem and root separately, as well as the glandular hairs that are characteristic of essential oil plants.
