QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF FLAVONOID IN PRODUCE OF BLACK CHOKEBERRY

In this brief report presents the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonoids fruits of black chokeberry. One of the most promising sources of flavonoids is now a black chokeberry. The object of the study were samples of dried black chokeberry fruits harvested in the Voronezh region in the period September – October 2013. Studies were selected optimal conditions qualitative analysis of black chokeberry fruits. Elution was carried out in the system: ethyl acetate–formic acid–water (10:3:2). Chromatography was carried out on the plates of the brand «Sorbifil». Lifting height solvent front – 8 cm. As standard samples used 0.05% solutions GSO rutin, quercetin, luteolin-7-glucoside. The test materials of the alcohol extraction were plated in an amount of 10 microliters. Served as the detection reagent alcohol solution of aluminum chloride 2% flavonoids processing which manifested as blue spots, in the luminous ultraviolet light. Then was conducted determination of total flavonoids in fruits chokeberry based on routines. UV spectrum registration was performed with a spectrophotometer «HitachiU-1900». The coincidence of peaks in the absorption spectra of extracts from fruits and black chokeberry range of rutin standard solution obtained after adding a solution of aluminum chloride, confirms the possibility of carrying out the relevant definitions. Thus, on the basis of the data obtained it can be concluded that the fruits chokeberry were detected rutin and luteolin-7-glycoside. The quantitative content of total flavonoids in terms of routines chokeberry fruits harvested in the Voronezh region of 0.11%.
