Actual is the development of express universal and approaches to the design and analysis of drugs to ensure a high level of quality of manufactured products and functions effectively analysis. In the present work, we used modern methods of qualitative express analysis – DART-MS and GC/MS. DART advantage is the ability to use a qualitative analysis of the finished dosage forms in real time, without sample preparation is often in a very short time. This article is a study of qualitative composition eucaliminum specified methods. Results of studies find their application in the development of dental tools combined in the form of gels, and fast dissolving films for treating inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity Study of substance eucaliminum conducted on the JMS GCmate II (column VF-5MS) and AccuTOF T100-LP (DART-MS). The sample substance was dissolved in chloroform, and the same substance was modified (formation of trimethylsilyl derivatives). After the tests established the presence of compounds such as globulol, viridiflorol, eudesmol, sitosterol, ursolic and oleanolic acids, essential components, etc. DART-MS allows the rapid screening of the key components for authentication eucaliminum substance. The data obtained can be used in the development of specifications for the design medicaments.
