DEEP IMPACT STUDY CULTIVATION CONDITIONS ON PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RESULTING NEW LINE CELL STRAINS PANAX GINSENG C.A.MEY

At the moment, the demographic situation in Russia is characterized by a sharp increase in premature mortality of the working population, a decrease in life expectancy. Numerous experimental studies convincingly demonstrate the possibility of increasing longevity by using a number of substances and drugs − so-called geroprotectors, including herbal adaptogens. In this regard, the increasing interest in the use of plant ginseng (Panax Ginseng C.A.May.). As a result of unregulated blanks natural reserves of raw materials of plant decreased significantly. Type of Panax ginseng is included in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation, so harvesting of raw materials available in limited quantities. Lack of natural raw ginseng can be overcome by introducing into the plant cell culture in vitro, i.e. growing a culture of cells outside the body with specially chosen nutrient media. The aim of this work was to study the impact of deep cultivation conditions on the morphological and biochemical characteristics of the resulting new line of cell strain of ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A.Mey.). It was found that the growth curve of the cell culture Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. culturing for one typical characterized an S-shaped curve. The maximum accumulation of dry biomass cell culture Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. fall to 26-29 hours of cultivation, with an average 16,37 ± 0,0241 g/l of culture medium. Phytochemical studies have shown that a new line of cell culture ginseng is able to synthesize panaksozides. If we characterize the growth curve of suspension culture, the growth rate of the absolute value, it can be seen that the maximum accumulation panaksozides corresponds intensive growth phase culture − 14 days of growth. The next day the contents panaksozides in suspension culture decreased by 30%. A comparative analysis was done of the amount of dry panaksozides of cell culture ginseng by ginseng tincture factory (JSC «VIFITEH»). During the TLC analysis of the chromatogram were detected panaksozidov basic four spots with Rf = 0,2−0,7, characteristic for native tincture of ginseng roots, and cell culture.
