Species in the genus Juglands are the most interesting as they are tasty and have high nutritional as well as medicinal qualities. This makes the relevance of determining the chemical composition of vegetable raw materials with a view to its rational use. The aim of our study was to investigate the elemental composition of the vegetative organs of some species of walnuts. For the first time, the analysis was conducted to determine the elemental composition in various parts of the branches and buds of four species of the genus Juglans L. 10 elements were detected and percentages of macronutrients and micronutrients in the periderm, wood and pith of branches and germinal leaves, trichomes of buds were determined using the scanning electron microscope Quanta 200 3D. Carbon and oxygen take most of the elemental composition. Other elements such as aluminum ,magnesium silicon, , phosphor, sulfur, potassium, calcium together with chlorine, copper and manganese were found in various mass fractions. This data can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of drugs.
