MOTIVATION OF THE CHOICE OF THE METHODS OF THE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION TANNINS IN SANGUISORBA OFFICINALIS

In article are brought results of the motivation and development of the methods of the quantitative determination tannins in rhizomata et radices Sanguisorba officinalis L. For finding tannins are organized qualitative reactions, which have confirmed the presence a material hydrolysis natures, as well as studied their qualitative composition by method to chromatographies in fine layer of the sorbent (the plates «Sorbfil PTSH-П-А-УФ» size 20×20 refer to, as rolling phase is used mixture of the solvents: etylacetat - acidi formici - water (14:3:3). With use the method densitometrii is made processing heel on chromatograms and is installed that peaks of the extractions from different type raw material Sanguisorba officinalis L. coincide on importance (Rf =0,89) with GSO acidi gallici that correliruit with phosphorescence heel on chromatograms, as follows more intensive luminous heel has and more high importances area and heights peak, drawn near to GSO acidi gallici. Quantitative determination tannins material in raw material Sanguisorba officinalis, collected in different region of the Republic Bashkortostan, is organized three methods: permanganatometry, spectrophotometry at interaction with ferrum-tartratis by reagent and spectrophotometry after formation setting tannins. It is installed that more objective and electoral is a method spectrophotometry after formation setting tannins by solution of the gelatine in recalculation on acidi gallici, which dominates in amount polyfenolis Sanguisorba, and can be recommended for enabling in modern normative documentation on given type raw material.
