INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON THE CONTENT OF ANTIOXIDANTS IN FRAGARIA URAL STEPPES

The article presents the results of a study polyphenol complex in the leaves Fragaria viridis Duch. (Weston), collected in the territory of the southern Urals. It was found that the leaves of strawberries characterized by a significant difference in the number of individual compounds of the group of flavonoids and phenol carbonic acids and total polyphenols in the leaves. Leaves of strawberries are a valuable source of biologically active substances, but harvesting is desired chemical preliminary valuation thickets in growth areas.
