Synthesized new amino acid derivatives with 1,3-adamantaneacetic acid and investigated their antiviral activity against influenza
virus A/H5N1 in vitro. On the cell culture Vero-E6 shows that the proposed compounds are low in toxicity and have the ability to inhibit
replication of influenza virus A/H5N1. Compounds 1,3-Ad-(CH2-Thr-OMe)2, 1,3-Ad-(CH2-Thr-OEt)2 and 1,3-Ad-(CH2-Ser-OMe)2
exhibited high activity in all the experiments performed in vitro. Furthermore, some compounds have been revealed a high virucidal
activity against viral particles of influenza A/H5N1.
