EFFECTS OF SOWING DATE, STRATIFICATION AND GROWTH PROMOTERS IN THE LABORATORY GERMINAITION OF LYCOPUS EUROPAEUS (LYCOPUS EUROPAEUS L.) SEEDS

The research laboratory germination Lycopus european grown in the field of introduction and aromatic plants harvested 02.11.2013, after 1 year of storage at room temperature, had a rest period lasting 15 months (until february). Stratification of seeds Lycopus european within 1 month increases vigor on 6−13% and laboratory germination at 40 days on 5−12%. From the used growth regulators, aggregates, improving laboratory germination of dry seeds is joint use of a combination immunotsitofit + Appin. Increased vigor compared to the control by 9−11%. Germination at 40 days increased by 1,8 times and amounted to 24−26%. For stratified seeds of the most effective was the use of a combination immunotsitofit + IAA (identified improving germination at 40 days by 15−17%).
