THE INFLUENCE OF THE POLIURONIDES ON THE PROCESSES OF THE BIOLOGICAL OXIDATION, ANTITOXIC FUNCTION OF THE LIVER AND A CONDITION OF THE MEMBRANES OF THE ERYTHROCYTES AT A LEAD INTOXICATION

We studied the influence of pectin and laminaridum SB on the processes of the biological oxidation with lead intoxication of rats by metabolic factors: oxidative phosphorylation in the liver content of ATP in the liver and thigh muscle, a relative activity of the monooxygenases of the endoplasmic reticulum of liver cells, azetiliruetsa the activity of enzymes, the reaction rate POL of erythrocyte membranes in the presence and in the absence of prooxidants, resistance of erythrocytes to osmotic shock and oxidation by atmos-pheric oxygen, hemic indicators (catalase blood the number of erythrocytes and leukocytes, hemoglobin, haptoglobin, glutathione, and total content of sulfhydryl groups of proteins, hemic index (color index, the content of hemoglobin in one erythrocyte)), antitoxic func-tion of the liver, antihypoxic effects on the models of lead intoxication and acute hemic hypoxia. It is established that on the background of lead intoxication, the use of pectin and laminaridum SB speeds up oxidative phos-phorylation in the liver by 4 times, which leads to an increase of ATP content in the liver at 7 and 5 times, in the muscle at 3 and 1.4 times, respectively. Under the action of pectin observed increase in the relative activity of monooxygenases of the liver and azetiliru-etsa activity of the enzymes by 2 and 1.6 times, under the action of laminaridum SB 1.9 and 1.3 times, respectively. Pectin and lami-naridum SB slow processes induced the lipid peroxidation in 45 and 38%, processes spontaneous POL in 49 and 42%, respectively, on the background of the lead intoxication; out of the lead intoxication they do not affect the process POL. On the background of intoxica-tion the introduction of pectin and laminaridum SB enhances glutathione level to normal and 15% increase in the content of SH groups in proteins by 18 and 34% above normal, increased decreased catalase at 8 and 6 times respectively. In addition, pectin and lami-naridum SB on the background of intoxication reduce the degree of hemolysis of erythrocytes in 3.8 and 3.9 times and of spontaneous hemolysis, 3.3 and 3.4 times, respectively, out of intoxication they contribute to the increased resistance of erythrocytes to hemolysis, respectively, 26 and 29%. The introduction of laminaridum SB increases in hemoglobin and haptoglobin to the norm, and the introduc-tion of pectin to the excess rate of respectively 19 and 13%, which causes an increase in the number of red blood cells and normaliza-tion of indexes of red blood cells. Along with the above indicators, polyuronide reduce the number of leukocytes to normal. In addition to lead intoxication, antihypoxic effect polyuronides confirmed in models of acute hemic hypoxia: pectin and laminaridum SB increase a period of life of the animals, respectively, 1.6 and 1.4 times. Thus, in apparent antihypoxic, antioxidant, membrane stabilizing effect of pectin and laminaridum SB.
