Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in the world among gynecological cancer diseases. Often the diagnosis of this dis-ease is extremely difficult, and in the primary treatment of the patient come already with a common process steps. Despite active treatment of primary nevertheless occur in all patients relapse and recurrence for the treatment of drug required with high efficiency and with low toxicity. Sex steroid hormones produced by the ovaries and regulated by them, so the role of hormones in the develop-ment of ovarian cancer is considered as one of the etiological causes of the disease. Consequently, drugs that block the action of these hormones will be effective in this disease.
