The studies were carried out by the technology of producing ESR of the horse chestnut common (Aesculus hyppocastanum L.) seeds of the Horsetail family - Hippocastanaceae. A method for obtaining ESR has been developed, and a series of prototypes have been developed. The qualitative composition of the substances included in the ESR is established. The content of the sum of TG in ESR using the standard escin sample was determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The pharmacological study of the extract under the study on the models of acute and chronic inflammation, analgesia and vascular permeability showed that it has anti-inflammatory and angioprotective action. As a raw material, horse chestnut seeds were used, collected on the experimental site of the Botanical Garden of Фармацевтическая химия ВОПРОСЫ БИОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ, МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ И ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧЕСКОЙ 10 ХИМИИ, №4, т.20, 2017 the FGBNU VILAR in the maturation phase in 2013. The spectra were obtained on a GEMINI 200 NMR spectrometer. The operating frequency was 200 MHz. A sample of about 0.01 g was dissolved in 0.6 ml. Methyl alcohol - D4 (3.30 ppm), filtered and transferred to an ampoule to remove spectra. The registration time of one spectrum (parameter AT) is -2 sec. Without a relaxation delay, the amount of accumulation (NT) 512. The parameters for removing the spectra of COSY are taken from a package of the standard programs. The relaxation delay time is 0.2 s, the parameters NI = 128, NT = 64. All spectra are obtained and mathematically processed for the same values of the parameters.
