One of the most common pathologies of the human today are diseases associated with the dysfunction of the thyroid gland, and
every year the number of such patients increases. The reasons may be unfavorable environmental conditions, lack of iodine, heredity,

recent years the global practice of health shows the increased interest in the homeopathic method of treatment. Today proven efficacy
for the normalization of thyroid function among others has the Lycopus europaeus L. herb fresh tincture homeopathic matrix. In this
work the development and the validation of the methods to quantify the amount of phenolic compounds in the Lycopus europaeus L.
herb fresh tincture homeopathic matrix were studied. The obtained experimental data allow evaluating developed the method to quantify
the amount of phenolic compounds in the terms of rosmarinic acid in the Lycopus europaeus L. herb fresh tincture homeopathic
matrix positive in the parameters: specificity, linearity, correctness (accuracy), intra-laboratory precision (repeatability and reproducibility
of the technique). This method can be used in the preparation of the draft normative document on «Lycopus europaeus L. herb
fresh tincture homeopathic matrix».
