Currently, there is the issue of the use of natural gas not only as energy source but also as raw materials for the production of the microbial biomass Methyloсocсus capsulatus, which can be used as feed and food protein, a bio logically active metabolites, as well as DNA and RNA fragments. In this work, the parameters of the extraction of nucleic acid fragments (DNA, RNA) and receive denucle-arizing biomass of Methylococcus capsulatus strain GBS 15 were studied. Also the physico-chemical composition of the denuclearizing biomass Methylococcus capsulatus obtained after the extraction of nucleic acid fragments from native biomass was investigated.
