Expansion of Russian pharmaceutical industry in field of production of tablet forms makes us to develop accurate methods of in-process control. Implementation of near-infrared methods allows making this control quicker, more repeatable and accurate. The de-veloped method for the quantitative determination allows to quantify the main active ingredient (acridonacetic acid) in the granulate tablets CYCLOFERON. To create this technique you must use at least 25 model mixtures in a wide concentration range acridonacetic acid in the granules. The use of this technique for the analysis of various dosage forms requires further separate studies.
