THE EVALUATION OF PROMISING HYBRID FORMS OF SWEET BRIAR (ROSA L.) BY ECONOMICALLY VALUABLE TRAITS
Issue:
12
Year:
2017
The evaluation of promising hybrid forms of sweet briar on economically-valuable traits is conducted. The best hybrid forms significantly
exceeded the control cultivar Vitaminnyi VNIVI by yield, fruit mass, ascorbic acid content, resistance to pests and diseases
are found. Some hybrid forms of sweet briar for yield, fruit mass and resistance to pests and diseases meet the requirements of the
selection task. The further advanced study of the original forms is of considerable interest and will select potential new cultivars of
sweet briar.
