Представлены современные данные зарубежной и отечественной литературы, отражающие лекарственное лечение больных раком яичников. Проанализированы различные режимы антиангиогенной терапии, дана характеристика ключевых мишеней антиангиогенных препаратов (VEGF, VEGFR1-3), рассмотрены их эффективность и токсичность, сочетание в различных комбинациях с таксанами и производными платины, роль маркера СА-125 в оценке эффективности лечения у больных раком яичников. Приведены основные принципы лечения рецидивов у больных раком яичников, а также классификация рецидивов. Особое внимание уделено лекарственной терапии платиночувствительных рецидивов рака яичников.
