THE VALUE OF THE CHANGES OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUNDS IN BLOOD OF WOMEN WITH PHYSIOLOGICAL COURSE AND COMPLICATED PREGNANCY

123 women with preterm birth (42), fetal growth retardation (CPR) – 34 and 47 with physiological course of pregnancy were examined. In patients with premature birth in anamnesis there was a significant amount of developing pregnancy and the presence of endocrine diseases (hyperandrogenism, and thyroid disease). Chronic diseases of pelvic organs and infectious diseases are characteristic for women in labor with CPR. Blood serum obtained in the first period of labor served as a material for the study. To determine the data of biochemical compounds (α1-microglobulin, lumican, insulin receptor, Tlr-4, FNO-α) used enzyme immunoassay based on sensitive «sandwich» analysis. To determine lumican and Tlr-4 were u sed by t he company s ets U scnk L ife S cience I nc. t o determine t he α -1-microglobulin – the company sets Immundiagnostik; of insulin receptors – the company sets the BCM Diagnostics. The determination of the phno-α level was carried out by the method of solid-phase enzyme immunoassay. The quantitative evaluation of all studied compounds was carried out by sets of the specified firms on the multipurpose programmable counter for immunological researches with the computer and the Multilabel Counter Victor-2 1420 software (Finland), the Tecan Sunrise enzyme immunoassay analyzer (Austria), the automatic analyzer Immulite 2000xp (Germany). Statistical data processing was carried out with the help of the license package Statistica (version 5.1) company Stat Soft.
