This work studies the influence of antropogehic factors to the coenopopulations Hypericum perforatum in the meadow phytocoenoses of the green area Nizhny Novgorod. At present the meadow felt phytocoenoses of the Nizhny Novgorod is feeling a big load of recreation. During this process the thickness and structure of his meadow felt whose role is very important, are changed. The meadow felt supplies organic matters and regulates the micro-climate. Alterations of the meadow felt at the infringed phytocoenoses are manifesting more also in the correlations between vital forms of plants. The rhythmic and sizes of the main predominating species are changed. For example, a height of the stem of Hypericum perforatum at the meadow phytocoenoses in the first stage of digressive reaches max 100 centi-metres, being the thickness of the meadow felt 45 centimetres. At the meadow phytocoenoses of the third stage of digressive thickness of the meadow felt 5 centimetres it reaches 25 centimetres.
