THE METHODS OF THE INCREASE OF THE PRODUCTIVITY AND ADAPTATION TO UNSTABLE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OF THE ECHINACEA PURPUREA

The creation of medical medicines for the correction of an immunodeficiency on the basis of herbs is one of the main directions in pharmacology. Now for the prevention and treatment of violations of functioning of the immune system of the person, as the all-strengthening, the antibacterial and antiviral means the medicines «Estifan», «Ekhinatsey – VILAR», Anginol, Ekhinor, etc. on the ba-sis of an Echinacea purpurea are successfully applied from the family of Compositae. A pharmacological action of a plant is caused by availability of oxycinnamon acids, polysaccharides and alkylamides. The production of the above-named medications requires an expansion of the areas on the cultivation of Echinacea purpurea. An optimum zone for the cultivation of this culture is the Western Ciscaucasia. Medicinal raw materials of Echinacea purpurea is, both an elevated part of plants, and roots. The purpose of this work was an establishment of terms of cleaning of roots and studying of influence of regulators of growth and microfertilizers on the productivity of two types of high-quality medicinal raw materials (a grass and roots) of Echinacea purpurea depending on weather conditions. The carried-out accounts in different years of vegetation have shown that the greatest productivity of both types of medicinal raw materials was noted on the III year of vegetation of culture and depending on the needs of pharmaceutical industry for this type of raw materials it is possible to carry out cleaning also on IV and V. The largest content of oxycinnamon acids in a grass and roots was noted on III and IV years of vegetation. At high temperatures of air and water deficiency of a plant lagged behind in growth and development that has affected decrease in productivity of a grass by 9-10% and roots for 16-8%. A complex use of the regulator of growth Zircon and microfertilizers of Siliplant promoted an increase in the productivity of me-dicinal raw materials as under optimum weather conditions – herbs for 20-22%, roots – for 26-27%, and at droughty – 26-27% and 29-31%, respectively.
