БИОМАРКЕРЫ СТВОЛОВЫХ КЛЕТОК РАКА ЖЕЛУДКА

Проведен обзор основных маркеров стволовых клеток эпителия слизистой оболочки желудка и маркеров популяции раковых стволовых клеток. Стволовые клетки способны к самообновлению, имеют мультипотентные свойства, являются источником специализированного эпителия клеток желудка. Данные свойства определяют основную роль стволовых клеток в гомеостазе, восстановлении тканей и возникновения злокачественных опухолей. Рассмотрены субпопуляции клеток с функциями стволовых клеток  раковые стволовые клетки (РСК), представляющие собой источник для развития злокачественной опухоли желудка: они находятся в самом начале происхождения, роста и распространения опухоли, а также ответственны за резистентность к традиционной лекарственной противоопухолевой терапии. Идентификация РСК желудка и их маркеров распахивает двери для разработки новых терапевтических стратегий, поскольку РСК связаны с происхождением заболевания, которое является третьей ведущей причиной смертей от рака во всем мире.
