The change of spontaneous aggregation (SA) was investigated and the influence of the immuncytokines level, the hormones of thyrotropic and free tetraiodthyronine in patients with hypothyroidism, non-toxic single/multinodular goiter and in patients with combined pathology (single/manynodular non-toxic goiter and hypothyroidism). The aim of our study was to study spontaneous aggregation and immunocytokine levels in patients with hypothyroidism, non-toxic sin-gle/multinodular goiter and in patients with combined pathology (single/manynodular non-toxic goiter and hypothyroidism). Results and conclusions. In patients with thyroid pathology there is a growth of SA reaching its maximum in patients with combined pathology. The concentration of immunocytokines (IL-6, TNF-α, IL-8, homocysteine) besides endoteline-1 in patients with hypothyroidism and combined pathology did not differ from the control. SA significantly correlates with IL-8, homocysteine and endoteline-1 due to the group. The level of SA does not depend on the hormone level (TTG and T4 free) and IL-6 and TNF-α in all investigated groups including control.
